StumbleUpon is like a bookmarking service. Ever notice a little world or SU icon on a blog post or web page? That's the StumbleUpon button where you can save & share that page. You can save all the websites you like to one place without overwhelming the bookmark tab on your web browser. Plus you can follow other people's stumbles to see what interesting things they find around the web. But perhaps the most fun thing of all about StumbleUpon, you enter your interests into your profile and then you can stumble that interest. That means when you're bored or looking for inspiration on a specific topic, you click the stumble button and it brings up a random web page for either one of your listed interests or the interest you specify to look for that time. How awesome is that? I've actually "stumbled upon" a few food and home DIY decor blogs that way.
To give you an idea of the great things you can find or share with others, here are some of my current favorites I found via StumbleUpon:
50 Smoothies: Recipes & Cooking by the Food Network. I would have never copied down or saved 50 individual recipes like this, so having a bookmark with them all in one place to reference is great.

Pantone Color Chart by Metro Pins. This amazing chart has every shade of every color you could imagine. But they also have the Pantone color code, along with the equivalent Hex code for those shades. That may not excite some of you, but those who have spent time trying to figure out a particular color, this is amazing!
Super tiny preview, because it's huge, from StumbleUpon
Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread by Joy the Baker. I loved this one so much I actually made it! I've got a blog post in the works on it too, so check back soon.

The League of Moveable Type. This is a font website with fresh and free fonts to download. I was surprised that these quality fonts are free and it has been a fantastic find!

Sweet Tooth. This food blog by 20-something dental student Erica is pretty much amazing. Turns out I've repinned a thing or two that she's made on Pinterest, yet somehow never made it to her blog!

Camel Camel Camel, a handy website that tracks the prices of items on Amazon. They tell you daily and weekly price trends on a wide range of items for sale by Amazon, from watches to printers to tv seasons on DVD.

A DIY Sofa Table by Take the Side Street blog. This is a blog I found through StumbleUpon as well. She has a fantastic sofa table that I thought was from some store like Pottery Barn, but she actually made it herself on the super-cheap. It's fantastic, you have to see it. This is probably one of my top 3 StumbleUpon finds ever. This is the actual tutorial photo and page, but be sure to see her final painted product too!
